Closed Captions are not translated in other languages

If you're using languages other than English (US), and then do some kind of action that produces a subtitles (like breaking block, for example), the subtitles are not translated into that language and still use the English translations.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Main Menu (since you can not changes language while in-game), and then open Settings > Language, then changes the game language to any languages other than English (US), in this case, i'm using Bahasa Indonesia

2. After that, go to Accessibility settings, and then enable "Closed Captions"

3. Join any worlds, and then break a block

4. Observe

Expected results:
"Balok hancur" or "Blok hancur" are shown.

Observed results:
"Block broken" are shown instead.
