Could you please provide more details or/and media files. As we have no repro of this issue.
Could you please record a video of the issue in English language and upload it?
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
Could you try to restart internet connection and try again?
