Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Find a snowy biome in Overworld
Create a Nether Portal frame with Obsidians
Enter the Nether
Go back to Overworld
Expected result:
The snow layer won’t appear naturally atop the nether portal frame
Actual result:
Snow layer found generated on the top of the frame obsidians
