Pfp is the wrong color and won't change

I've been trying to figure out why it's happening, but for some reason, my Minecraft pfp keeps becoming orange and won't match what my character's actual color is. It will be fine if I create a new skin, but as soon as I change my skin color, then my pfp becomes orange and it won't go back.
