Please start up Minecraft Bedrock and from the title screen click "Dressing Room" under your character on the right side of the screen. Then select "Edit Character." Click the "Body" drop-down menu, and then "Bases.” Select one of the following Bases:
-Hourglass
-Fur
-Some Scars
View your profile picture literally anywhere.
It happens regardless of skin color, device, platform, OS version, etc. I've tested it on a dozen or more devices and looked at my profile from the accounts if my friends and family. This is 100% on their end.
