Some overloads of /ride provide no feedback/error message when failing

The bug

The /ride command produces no error messages in the following cases:

1. When making a mob attempt to ride itself

2. When making a mob with no riders evict its riders

3. When making a mob that’s not riding stop riding

How to reproduce

1. /ride @s start_riding @s

2. /ride @s evict_riders

3. /ride @s stop_riding

Expected result

Error messages for all three

Observed result
