Steps to reproduce
Enable the block dithering in accessibility settings then use fancy graphics mode
Take a cobweb and place anywhere then move your player closely
Observed result: The cobwebs no longer present dithering effect when block dithering is enabled in settings, since was added in previous 26.0 preview versions
Expected behavior: Cobwebs would present dithering effect when block dithering is enabled in settings
