Enchanting an item captions translation key uses old pre-1.13 block ID from Java Edition

Enchanting table captions translation key uses old pre-1.13 block ID from Java Edition. Despite sound event is correct (block.enchanting_table.use), the captions translation key is imported from Java without any implementation to Bedrock version.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open .lang files and check captions translation key of enchanting an item sound event.

2. Open Minecraft and check the item id by typing /give @s enchanting_table
