The GUI scale is too small even in max setting

I am experiencing an issue with the GUI scale on Minecraft Bedrock Edition when playing on an iPad. Even when the GUI scale is set to the maximum value (0), the interface remains extremely small and difficult to read. I have tried restarting the game, adjusting display settings, and ensuring the app is running in full screen, but the problem still remain.
