Inventory hot bar too small to be used

After the 26.0 Update, everything (icons, buttons, wording, etc.) is smaller on the start page, and when I play on my iPad, the inventory hot bar is too small now to be useful, especially during PVP. The spaces are much too small, much smaller than my fingertip, so I make mistakes in selecting the right item. Other things like crafting and inventory menus are also much smaller making it harder to pick the right items. I tried changing the GUI scale in settings, but it only offers 0, -1, and -2 options, which all make it even smaller. There are no positive options on the GUI scale to make it bigger.
