Zombified piglins riding striders no longer spawn

The bug

Striders never spawn with a zombified piglin passenger (anymore). I’m pretty sure this has the same cause as MCPE-89988 – something about the missing component groups prevents the piglin from riding anything at all, so it can’t be created by the event.

How to reproduce

1. /summon strider ~ ~ ~ 0 0 spawn_adult_piglin_jockey

2. Alternatively, fly around the nether for a while

Expected result

Should spawn a strider with a saddle and a zombified piglin on top

Observed result

Spawns a strider with just a saddle

Notes

It’s unclear when exactly this broke. There is no clear reason why piglins that don’t have either the pig_zombie_baby or pig_zombie_adult component groups can’t ride anything. And they clearly could before, since MCPE-89988 was possible to reproduce before.
