Allays don’t have that much health

When allays talk damage from suffocation or drowning they die way more quicker than they can regenerate there health

Actual result: the alley dies when it is suffocating.

steps to reproduce:

1. get a alley

2. Use a sticky piston to push the block

3. Wait for a short amount of time, you will notice that when you remove the block the allay won’t be there anymore.

While a small bug, this might affect some farms in your worlds if you haven’t tested it in v26.0
