Suffocation damage is twice as high as previously

Suffocation damage is now 2 instead of 1. It used to only remove a half a heart at a time. but it is now removing a full heart. This is impacting both players and mobs.
Testing is easy. stand under water without any armor or effects and wait until you take damage. you’ll take a full heart at a time instead of a half heart. An alternative test is to drop 2 blocks of sand or gravel on your player to trigger suffocation inside of blocks. Again, instead of taking a half heart of damage at a time, we now take a full heart of damage.

this has broken some farms that rely on mob suffocation occuring at a specific rate, but more importantly is going to significantly increase early game difficulty by doubling the speed of suffocation while diving.
