Lighting does not correctly work with night vision if in game brightness is low

Lighting such as from blocks and torches will show a blue light near the block, if it’s farther from the block it will show a tan like color.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a world

/effect yourself night vision. Any strength value will work

Make sure your in game brightness is low. Preferably 0%

Place down a couple light blocks. Placing on stone blocks will allow us to see this bug clearly.

Observe the result

Observed Result:

You can see a blueish color around the block, then a tan like color after the blue fades farther away from the block.

Expected Result:

Block lights should not emit any color regardless of night vision, in game brightness and the time of day.
