Camera stuck inside own head in First Person

On joining the world, the first person camera is inside the player’s head. The player cannot break blocks, but can still move around and interact with benches/chests/etc. The third person cameras are unaffected.

No clear conditions that cause the bug. Has occured in worlds with addons, and completely vanilla worlds. Has occured on a realm and in singleplayer. Does not affect all worlds at once, but a copy of a world where it is happening will also have the bug.

Solutions tried, none worked:

• /kill @s

• Change perspective

• Change gamemode

• Change skin

• Reload world

• Open another world, and switch back

• Reload game
