Hide "Purchased but not installed" resource packs in game creation and editing menus to reduce lag.

Most of the delays I experience when trying to apply my Resource Packs, data, etc., are due to the constant rendering of my Packs purchased from the marketplace However, most of the time I don't have them in use (installed on my device), which leads to the following problems:

• Low FPS and delays due to rendering those extra packages that are not used.

• Difficulty finding packages that I have installed and frequently use (in this case A&S shown in the video)

• and in general performance and organization problems, but thanks again to the texture pack (The Ty-El's UI) I was able to find the solution to my problems, example in the second video
