Not Able to Sign into Microsoft account / Endless Loading

When I launched the game, attempted to sign into my microsoft account, it would not sign in whilst flickering options. I suspect it has something to do with the TOS with age verification and not being able to load it. This would go on indefinitely as seen in the video below.
