Ive been playing for a while and this bug is always here, id say its quite old but idk, even a time i had this problem, so i when to google for a solution, so i had go to task manager and the part of open services and then looking for one in particular that was called experencies from the user and telemetry and check if it was on automatic and then i saw it was on automatic so the problem was on minecraft and even i had done all of that nothing happend and a lot of time after the achivement was marked as complete
