I’ve had this problem in the past, but I'm just going to report it since I don't see much talk about it. Minecraft is refusing to update, and is stuck on “Downloading… 0.0b of 0.0b | 0.0 MB/s”, or in the microsoft store, “checking dependencies”. The last time I fixed it was by running a bunch of commands related to the Wi-Fi and stuff in the command prompt, but that doesn't seem to be fixing it this time. This seems to be only affecting Minecraft. I'm genuinely at a loss on what to do.

Could you please provide more details or/and media files. As we have no repro of this issue.
Could you try connecting the device to a different network to see if the issue persists. It might be related to your Wi-Fi.
Could you please record a video of the issue and upload it?
Could you please include details about your device and system specifications (RAM, CPU, GPU)?
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
Have you installed the latest Windows, Microsoft Store, and Xbox updates?
