Double clicking feature on mobile makes everything inefficient. It includes main menu, setting, scrolling you have to tap then you can scroll.
Some mobile devices have screen recording the game freezes and I can't show you anything after that my device will froze
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-227725, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.

The double tapping is caused by the Text To Speech feature being enabled. You can disable it in Settings > Accessibility.
