Skeleton is being neutral or passive

Recently I just came to the surface from the cave and when it’s nighttime and I sleep in my respawn bed. During the day time, the group of skeletons are going and staying in water and also I’ve hunting down these mobs using my trident. So I seen this single skeleton is being neutral or passive.
