Heath bar animations when the health value changes aren't played correctly

When taking damage or healing on the Java Edition of the game, the affected hearts on the HUD fully flash on white. This is not the case on the Bedrock Edition, where this doesn’t happen when healing and takes place incorrectly when taking damage

  • How to reproduce:

Take damage or heal on any way.

  • Expected result:

HUD hearts fully flash in white like on Java, not only when taking damage and they actually flash instead of just turning its outline white for a second.

  • Actual result:

The heath bar just changes its value when healing and only the hearts' outline changes to white when taking damage, without actually flashing. Also, sometimes the spontaneous while outline isn’t present.
