26.2 makes my homemade add-ons not show up

So I started devloping my mods (I know there called Addons I just call them that) a few months ago, back then the com.mojang folder had only dev resource and behavior folders along with the release non dev counterparts. That was a bug that was fixed and for about a month everything worked fine. Today nothing even appeared none of my mods appeared in game exept one’s from the Marketplace. I’ve provided sceenshots.
