Sword Swinging at air animation is not available on Touch Screen

When trying to swing the Sword or Fist on air the animation is missing on touch screens

Their are 2 video one of windows and other of Android but the issue is not with Operating System it's with touch screens because I have tried plugin in a mouse and keyboard on mobile and now the animation works but switch to touch disables it
