Can't join due to an Issue with my skin, even tho I just got the game

I just downloaded the game on my ps5 and I cant join my friends server because there is an issue with my skin. I uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared caches, cleaned database, repaired console, turned off and on "only allow trusted skins", go on to default skin, restored my license, I did IT ALL. And it keeps on telling me there is an issue with my skin, and I’m always stuck on so many loading screens too, everything is constantly still loading and my wifi is fine
