"Joystick & tap to interact" and "D-Pad & tap to interact" control modes are missing the 'Delay Breaking Blocks (Creative Mode Only)' option in the new Settings UI

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the game's pause menu.

2. Go to 'Settings' → 'Touch' tab.

3. Check the options under 'Control Mode' and observe that 'Delayed Block Break (Creative Mode Only)' is located below 'Joystick Aim Crosshair'.

Actual Result

The 'Delayed Block Breaking (Creative Mode Only)' option was mistakenly placed below the 'Joystick Aim Crosshair' control mode.

Expected Result

This option should only be displayed and configured under the 'Joystick and Click Interaction' and 'D-Pad and Click Operation' control schemes, and should not appear under the 'Joystick Aim Crosshair' scheme.
