[MCPE-237985] The "Delayed Block Breaking (Creative Only)" option does not appear in the new touch settings screen.

I'm having trouble because the "Delayed Block Breaking (Creative Only)" setting, which was displayed in versions 26.0 and 1.21, is no longer showing up in the new Ore UI settings screen. Please let me know how to turn this setting on or off.

・Steps to reproduce the issue

Open the settings screen.
Display the touch settings screen.
Search for Delayed Block Breaking (Creative Only).

・Expected result

There is a toggle for Delayed Block Breaking (Creative Only), which you can configure freely.

・Actual result

The toggle and setting for Delayed Block Breaking (Creative Only) are not displayed. The only way to change the setting is to directly modify options.txt.
