Detector rail gets stuck on powered state when it is moved by a piston or sticky piston while carrying a minecart.
Steps to reproduce:
Place a detector rail and a minecart on top of it.
Place a piston or a powered/extended sticky piston facing to the detector rail and a lever on top of it.
Place a block that can be powered by a powered detector rail when placed next to it. (Example: piston)
Power on the piston or power off the sticky piston to move the detector rail then break the minecart.
Observe the detector rail and the block next to it that can be powered while flicking the lever on and off.
