Detector rails become stuck in a powered state after being moved by a piston

When a piston pushes a powered detector rail the detector rail stays powered regardless of if there is a mine-cart present or not

I discovered it when trying to create a T-Flip-Flop

Powered- Activator- and Detectorrails have a problem with Block Updates.

If I place for exampel a Powered Rail next to a redstone block to power it and move the powered rail with a piston away from the redstone block or any other redstone source the powered rail stays powered.

Same with activator rails. For detortor rail just place a minecart on it an move it with a piston, as Matthew described it.

tested on android and win 10 version 1.6.0.1

Confirmed for android, 1.13+

(Tested before reported - from 'Technical Bugs List' https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nziKYzCr4pBdCRj2gIMlfr9MVdWHd6HyafdiBHx9F0c/edit)

This issue happens in 1.15.0.53 also.

This bug still exists in 1.14.30 (full release, not beta). They have fixed activator and powered rail, but the detector rail still stays powered after being moved. This is bad, please fix it

Happens also when using it for command block activation and structure block usage please fix asap 👍
