When moving the player's camera in Minecraft Bedrock for Windows, the camera movement appears to "stutter." The problem occurs when moving the mouse slowly and quickly. The camera seems to experience small stutters (delays).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Windows.

2. Enter any world (singleplayer or server mode).

3. The player starts walking in any direction.

4. Move the mouse slowly and quickly from side to side to rotate the camera.

5. The camera exhibits micro-stuttering

Note: This problem has occurred since version 1.21.120, and previous versions did not present this problem.
