Black Screen and Crash when Bedrock Starting

Bug Report – Minecraft Bedrock Edition

Day Bug: 10/03/2026

Platform: Windows / Xbox

Game Version: 26.3

OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

Launch the app/game.

The game starts with the Mojang loading screen.

Immediately freezes (black screen, crash, or closes itself).

The main menu never loads.

I must force shutdown the computer to exit.

Expected Behavior:

The game should open normally and load the main menu.

Actual Behavior:

Immediate crash after launch.

Troubleshooting Already Tried:

Reinstallation

Cache clearing

Device restart

Updated drivers and Windows

Tried launching via Xbox app and Microsoft Store

Java Edition works fine (only Bedrock crashes)

BIOS update

Logs: None generated.
