Interface error

When I launch Minecraft with Vibrant Visuals enabled, the word "MINECRAFT" disappears from the menu, and my worlds, the market, and my notification center fail to load, as shown in the attached video. If I turn them off, the word reappears, and I can access the other menus on the loading screen. When entering any world, whether with add-ons, Vibrant Visuals, or completely vanilla, the textures of some elements like plants, leaves, doors, and trapdoors are erratic, some mobs appear static, and my inventory interface doesn't load correctly until after a while. It's worth noting that all of this started after I updated Minecraft.
