UI and graphics flicker/flash after updating to Android 16

I have a Honor X9c too, and ever since I updated it to MagicOS 10 I been experiencing this problem

What version did you all get for Honor X9c and other phone who got upgraded to MagicOS 10? Preview or Latest Release?

If that affect both i will update the Affected Version

Update on this bug when holding an item in your main hand the ui seems to work a bit normall

It also drops the fps horribly down to 30 fps. Before Android 16 ( MagicOS 10 ). The game has higher FPS along with Minecraft Preview. And now it performs like shit.

By the way downgrade the game will not solve the issue

Been a weeks and decide to return and see and yes most of the owner of this same phone did received a same issue before. And downgrade wasn't helpful at all. They either never respond or being able to fix it for everyone else who has a same device.

- In the pause menu: Settings/Beta Feedback/Save & Quit text is completely transparent (can only see the "Resume Game" button clearly). A blue tooltip about the "Social" tab appears correctly, but other menu text is missing.

- In the crafting/recipes menu: The UI loads, but some elements feel misaligned – though the core recipe list works.

- General: On-screen controls and game text (like the loading screen prompt) appear normal, but menu UI transparency is persistent.

- The issue occurs every time I load the game and open menus – it does not go away with restarting the app or device.

Additional notes:

I have already tried updating the game, clearing cache, resetting video settings, and disabling add-ons (none are installed) – the glitches remain.

I also have an Honor X9c 5G with MagicOS 10. After the software update, my Minecraft crashes where the UI crashes (heart and hunger bar are invisible). In my case, if I turn on the vibrant visual, it gets worse because even the settings crash and I can't see anything, so I have to click randomly just to switch back to fancy or simple.

In fact, I already reinstalled and cleared my data just for it to fix, but nothing happened.

Okay the Bug is getting worse after the 26.13 update came out while were playing on the world the bug is still there and there are things that blanking the UI like settings while your on the world and unlike for the others is still the same but idk if there are Blanking texture are like spreading from the game

MagicOS10 is kinda like a Little virus for our Minecraft( im just calling it a virus since the software update of magic os10 is corrupting our Minecraft game )

The magicOS can also be inspried by AI since is built an artificial intelligence

My Old Phone is OPPO F11 and runs pretty fine but performance already worsened due to ARM CPU and 4GB RAM Limitation

Honor is already facing even worse now. UI is already didappeared for Play and Settings making the game and experience unplayable when enabled Vibrant Visuals making it completely soft bricked this game.

Well, my phone is an Honor 400 with 512GB of storage and 24GB of RAM, and I'm currently having this problem Regarding the settings, since the texture in the settings is bugged, And what's underneath shows through, and with the vibrant visuals it looks black to me, or the textures don't show up.

I have an Honor Tab 10 too, and after my tablet updated I started having a problem with Minecraft. When I open the game, after the Mojang logo appears the screen turns completely black. I can still hear the game sounds, but there’s no image. When I swipe and open the recent apps/menu screen, I can actually see the game, or when I use split screen with another app, but otherwise the screen stays black and only the audio works. I can even tap things blindly, but I just can’t see anything, so I’m unable to play the game at all. I tried changing some tablet settings but nothing worked. Is there any solution for this? I am reporting a severe UI text distortion on my Honor Pad 10 (Snapdragon 7 Gen 3) running MagicOS. As shown in my screenshot, the text in the server menu and main UI is completely unreadable, appearing as scrambled green and pink blocks. This is a constant rendering glitch that makes the menus unusable. Please check the compatibility with MagicOS 10 and Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 drivers.

I am currently using Honor Pad 10 too. I managed to “fix” the problem… well, temporarily. It seems that the OS is mostly at fault here, as they change how the GPU communicates to the system for optimization (just my assumption after reading the changelog). What I did is I downgraded the OS using “Honor Suite”, accessible through Honor’s official website. You need a laptop/computer for this and it's risky, if you do not know what you're doing then I suggest not to try it and just wait for Mojang or Honor to fix the issue. Btw this bug happens in some games too and not just Minecraft, tho it's hard to replicate. Maybe this was proof that this bug is not Mojang’s fault, but they probably can fix it for their game.

But seriously I use mb loader on my honor 400 it fix everything all of the glitches were gone and I was able to use vibrant visual without the gray texture thingy I hope this gets fixed in the mean time try and use MB loader

I posted the same issue on reddit and no one could tell me what the issue was, turns out it's a software issue for us honor users. I also posted here since I couldn't find the bug report and only found out when it said my report was a duplicate. I hope Mojang helps us with this one ☹ . I miss playing.

Same problem for me too! My phone is Galaxy S23 FE, after that update grass, doors, chests, trapdoors, ect. keep glitchibg out. When I open a chest I cant even find the “x” button to exit out.

I don't even know why [Mod] OcelotOnesie linked me with this report. Because the only thing I can think of that might have costed this on my phone is the phone software updating unless one of other person has the same problem as me. I'm on Galaxy S23 FE BTW.

Minecraft recently updated to 26.50 and still ongoing this bug

Soooo… I got on to minecraft and could not see my worlds. I can still click on stuff but I can't see what I'm clicking on. I also can't see my skins in the dressing room. Im putting this here rather than a new report since I'm pretty sure it's just extreme UI glitches.

How come they haven't fixed this problem yet? I haven't been able to play one of my favorite games since childhood for months. At first, I thought it was a problem with the software update on my phone: a Samsung Galaxy M55, but from what I see, it's affecting several Samsung devices, both powerful and weak. In other words, the problem doesn't seem to be limited to that specific device, but rather something in the game's structure that's affecting some "random" devices.
