The platform is Minecraft Bedrock, and the affected version is the latest one. The interfaces glitching are the notifications and profile. The buttons in the pause menu aren't showing up except for the text, all except the Resume button. The pause menu buttons aren't flickering; they're just not there, which are flickering black, as well as the original textures. And the chat is Glitched as well
