Is it still there after 26.32 cuz in my worlds it's still there

I also wanted to add this to the description:

Steps to recreate-

1.create a new world.

2.dont move even a little bit when the world is created and u have joined.

3.the sun,grass,flowers,doors start jittering .

Even the hotbar doesn't show until u tap on the screen or hold the screen or hold an object
