Flickering Doors, Chests, Trapdoors...

The doors, chests, other blocks and particles keep flickering. I tried checking my settings and even with the game settings adjusted (All video options toggled off and rates lowered), the flickering did not stop. I also tried uninstalling, re-installing, clearing the cache, and all other things but it still keeps flickering.
