Blocks, sky, inventory, glitching out

Whenever I try to play the game, the grass, my hotbar, my whole inventory (when I'm in it), will glitch out violently. I have no idea what causes this or how to reproduce this. This significantly impacts my ability to play, so much so that I don't even play, I only log on to see if it's fixed.

I have made a report about this before, but I can't find it, nor have an email about it. I don't if this is happening to anyone else.
