[Android] HUD elements flicker and disappear during gameplay

The health bar, hunger bar, and hotbar intermittently flicker, disappear, and reappear during gameplay on Android.

This issue happens during normal gameplay and makes the HUD difficult to use because important information and the hotbar can suddenly become invisible.

I have already tried changing the UI profile to Pocket and adjusting the UI scale, but the problem persists.

I also completely reinstalled the official stable version of Minecraft from the Google Play Store, but the issue was not fixed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition on an Android device.

2. Create or enter a world.

3. Start playing normally.

4. Observe the health bar, hunger bar, and hotbar.

Expected result:

The health bar, hunger bar, and hotbar should remain visible and stable during gameplay.

Actual result:

The HUD elements intermittently flicker and disappear from the screen.

The issue persists after changing the UI profile, changing the UI scale, and reinstalling the official stable version from the Google Play Store.
