I already reported on the issue here, so this is more of an “update," if you could even call it that. I've been experiencing this problem since late June and reported it here in early July. No matter how often Minecraft or OneUI updates, the issue never goes away. I play on a Galaxy S23 FE, and I believe the Android 16 update caused these issues for me and many other Android users. The textures that often glitch are UI, entity, and non-full block textures. I have attached a video of me demonstrating some of the visual glitches.

I even uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled it twice, and I still experience this problem.
