The issue occurs on an Honor X9c in the latest version of Minecraft Bedrock. Grass and foliage flicker/twitch visually, and HUD/UI elements intermittently disappear. The issue occurs in all worlds tested. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft multiple times and currently have no resource packs, behavior packs, or add-ons enabled. The problem existed before and after my recent phone update.
