Glitch:(

Ive had issues with my game glitching recently. This includes the grass moving (un-modded) and my hotbar disappearing that reapearing. My inventory is completely clear despite me not having my settings set to it. And there is black glitching/flashing spots on my screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Ive tried making a new account. Nothing ive tried has worked. I hope i explained this glitch well. As its really annoying and making Minecraft unplayable!!
