Game froze, shulker box gone after loading back in

In my minecraft realm, with my friends, we just left the end, start our journey home and the game froze. No big deal, the game freezes all the time, we wait until it gives us the error code “Terracotta”, again we see this probably once a month and we probably a couple times a week. We load back into the game, and I was frozen in a boat, now i’m on land, and my shulker box with everything we just found in the end is GONE. I run around thinking maybe I placed it somewhere, it’s gone!!

Extremely disappointing and not really sure what to do. I loaded out of the game completely, waited a few minutes, and then tried loading back into and it just says “syncing user data this may take a moment…” for probably 10 minutes, so I just quit the game and shut down my console. Brand new xbox series S too btw, so not second hand or older, literally brand new. Not really sure what to do at this point but what’s the point of playing in a Realm with your friends if you freeze all the time and then lose all your most valuable stuff when you load back into?!?? So frustrated and I’m looking for answers, also Mojang, get me my shulker box back!!!
