Anti-Aliasing resets to 1 when launching the game in fullscreen mode

Summary:

In the latest Preview version, launching the game in fullscreen mode causes the Anti-Aliasing setting to reset to 1. However, when viewing the slider in Settings > Video, it still displays the previously selected value.

Adjusting the slider to a different value and then setting it back restores the expected visual behavior, indicating that the setting value shown in the UI does not match the value currently applied by the game.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft Preview.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Video.

  3. Set the Anti-Aliasing slider to any value other than 1 (a higher value such as 8 or 16 makes the issue easier to observe).

  4. Enable Fullscreen mode (press F11 or toggle Fullscreen in Video settings).

  5. Restart the game.

  6. Open a world and fly up to observe distant terrain.

  7. Navigate to Settings > Video and set Anti-Aliasing to 1.

  8. Return to the Pause menu and observe the distant terrain.

  9. Note that the terrain does not visually change.

  10. Navigate back to Settings > Video and set Anti-Aliasing back to its previous value.

  11. Return to the Pause menu and observe the distant terrain again.

  12. Note that the terrain now visually changes.

Observed Results:

Launching the game in fullscreen mode causes Anti-Aliasing to reset to 1, and although the setting is set to 1, the Anti-Aliasing slider still displays the previously selected value. This can be confirmed by the terrain showing no visual change when lowering the Anti-Aliasing slider to 1.

Expected Results:

Anti-Aliasing should remain at the value selected by the player, and the UI should accurately reflect the value currently applied, matching the behavior in the Stable version.
