Water Logged shelf Visual Issue

When water logging a shelf there seems to be a visual issue where either the water is visible through the self or not visible depending on the angle. This also seems to have only been caused at certain z levels where the water wasn’t visible through the water logged shelf. Furthermore, if the water just so happened to not be visible if the elevation of the player was changed the water would then appear to be visible through the shelf after all. Lastly it seems to be that depending on the orientation of the shelf affects the water logging effect where in some cases the water goes through the shelf and in others it stay within its position; not sure if this is a bug or a feature.

Shelf color is not rendering have been this for a week

The weird water visual than change with the camera perspective if actually called Z-fighting and it's a common bug in video game than appen when two part of an objectif are exactly on the same layer because the game don't know which one priorise.
