Seagrass grows abnormally when using bone meal underwater

When I use bone meal on blocks underwater, the seagrass that grows sometimes appears in an abnormal shape or position. It doesn’t look like normal seagrass generation and seems visually bugged.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go underwater (ocean biome)

Use bone meal on the ground (sand or dirt)

Observe the seagrass that grows

Expected Result:

Seagrass should grow normally and consistently like natural generation.

Actual Result:

Seagrass appears in unusual or glitched forms (not normal shape/placement).
