mouse not responding

Minecraft does not register any mouse inputs. My keyboard can still navigate using arrow buttons, but when inside of a world I can only move, jump and open my inventory.I cannot look around, place or break blocks.I have read many other bug reports almost exactly like this one, but they are all around update 1.21. My minecraft is currently 26.3. The bug also did not occur directly after an update. The last update i got was a week ago.
