[MCPE-237340] The shield doesn't display correctly or appears lowered when you add a layer to your skin.

When you add a cape to your skin, the shield looks wrong or is positioned incorrectly at the bottom. This only happens under those conditions; normally, it doesn't occur without capes. Please fix this.
