Controller inputs are detected whilst not focused on the Minecraft Window/Focused on another window

While focused on another window, can be any window, so long as its not minecraft, the game will still register controller inputs. This includes ones that already register controller inputs themselves.

This was tested specifically with an Xbox controller, plugged into the pc via a usb C to usb C cable. I only have 1 monitor, so I am unable to see Minecraft under the windows that I’m actually focused on.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Minecraft

  2. Open a world

  3. Go to another window, can be by Alt+Tab or just clicking the taskbar when youre able to, either works really

  4. Use a controller. You can end up moving around, opening menus, opening the marketplace, pausing and unpausing the game, clicking on random things. Youll see whatever inputs youre pressing are doing things if you go back to minecraft, or have it visible in the background.

A good way to really realise its doing this is to stand near something loud, and turn your head while on a non-minecraft window. You can hear the sound change ears as your heads turning.
