Steps to Reproduce
Launch Minecraft on PlayStation 5.
Create a new world or load an existing one.
Attempt to connect a second player (local).
Nothing happened.
Expected Result
The second player should be able to join the world successfully.
The issue is consistently reproducible.
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-237456, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.
