Keyboard is completely unresponsive in minecraft window while in a text box

Whenever I enter a text box, the entire keyboard becomes unresponsive within the Minecraft window, preventing me from typing or using functions like F11 for fullscreen. The keyboard remains responsive on my device when using Alt+Tab. This issue specifically affects Bedrock Edition, and my mouse is unaffected. During gameplay, the keyboard functions correctly for normal actions like walking and jumping. I can type in the chat during the animation where it slides onto the screen when pressing / to type a command, but I can't type after the animation finishes. I have tried reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. I am reporting this late, but the problem has existed since before the "Mounts of Mayhem" update. It started after an update caused Minecraft to become stuck on the launch screen when launching Microsoft games on Windows. After a bug patch allowed me to open the game, this issue began and has not been resolved.
